Introduction
The future of the Conservative Party lies in its younger members, namely those aged between 16 and 25, who number over 15,000 nationwide.
Our members in Coventry are active both across the UK and locally. Cllr Tim Mayer Deputy Chair Political of the Coventry Association and Mayor of the Combined Authority Andy Street maintain that Coventry would not have the recent campaign successes without our support.
Coventry Young Conservatives play a vital role in the Hit Squad sessions with our colleagues and candidates where ever possible, supporting candidates in all tiers of elections by knocking on doors and delivering leaflets. Opportunities are available to stand as candidates in wards throughout Coventry, enhancing your campaigning experience and helping to support the electoral success of the Conservative Party across Coventry and the wider West Midlands.
In addition to aiding electioneering and fundraising, we hold our own social events locally, helping to bring together current and potential activists. Without a doubt, they are a great stepping stone into politics and a chance to meet like-minded people, offering excellent insights in a relaxed environment.
If you want to help your local community, take your political interest further or even become a future Prime Minister, we are an excellent organisation to be a part of. If you are interested in becoming involved or have any questions please do get in touch. .
Best wishes,

I hope to organise a number of social events that will appeal to everyone, encouraging young people locally to become politically active and gain hands on experience of campaigning and other activities. Anyone interested in getting involved, please contact me at @DanJSImpson
